Employment Letter needed for India OCI in 2023
The VFS site has a PDF (link below) that says an Employment Letter is one of the documents to be submitted as part of the OCI application. Has anyone (who is employed) got their OCI in 2023 without submitting Employment Letter? Is it really needed (if employed) or can it be skipped?- boball
