Does anybody know what happens after this? should i be worried? is this a known pattern?

PBEC needs more advertising? My case was filed on march 2005. PBEC has come back to my employers (may 07)stating that they require my company to put an ad for the job in local newspaper for 3 days. Has anybody come across a similar experience? please comment Bayareaguy650
