POE preferences I heard CSC is taking longest time about 10-12 months to issue the plastic cards. Any suggestions on faster POEs? Is there any disadvantages other than travelling hassle to have POE somewhere other than your own region?

got decemeber interview date Just got an email from mumbai consulate that interview is scheduled for dec 18th. My P3 reached Mumbai on 3rd oct. EB3.
