What is file-to-join? May be that is the reason....If you call the consulate tonight after 10:30pm at 8112060 they may tell you. Give your case number and find out why. That should be the most accurate way. I\'m sorry for your case. Please keep me posted.

April Dates are out. My interview date is on 25th April. I called up the consulate just now (12am Monday morning 91-44-8112060). Now we can open a separate discussion for just April Interview folks.

You can call... I called and asked when my case entered the system and they said Jan 28th. I know that mine reached the consulate on Jan 19th.

I\'m in for April My pkt3 reached Chennai consulate on 19th Jan, but it entered their system only on 28th Jan. Works out good for me as my PCC will not be in until 1st week of March. I also need time to file my taxes as my wife\'s TIN number is also not received yet....
