I was told my case is with officer since jan 2008. 2 times infopass, congress office enquire all told the same but approval?

I too got the same response last week for my SR. My priority date is Mar 2000

When you call after april they will say visa not available!

I had LUD on 1/25 for my 485, status says, request for additional evidence sent and also ther was an lud for my already approved (5/5/2007) AP on 1/27/08.

I too had lud for 485 on 12/19 and 12/20. i have requested sr on 12/18, may be this causes this lud. and for my 140, i had lud on 12/15 which is approved long time back 11/2005. But no lud on my wife's 485 since 7/7/2006(transfer to tsc from vsc)

I too had LUD on 12/19 and 12/20 for my 485. May be because of my SR initiated on 12/18. But i dont know why there was an lud on 12/15 for my i140 which is approved 11/2005.

I got an LUD on sep 7th for my 485 and the message was On September 7, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. When i called USCIS customer support today, rep told me your card has been sent. I dont know whether to belive this or not. Lots of other post says USCIS...
