My current status is I-485 pending background check (Family Based). Today I efiled for EAD (765) since H1 is expiring next year. I incorrectly selected 'NO' for past EADs. I have had an EAD for OPT in the past. What should I do now to correct this. Pls help.

Folks, I asked the IRS to fax the transcript to me. The faxed transcript just has the specific line numbers. The fax doesnt have a proper IRS header. It just says "Station Name: FRSxxxxxxx, Date: 4/1/2007, Time:3.09pm". Will INS accept this kind of transcript ? Is this what you guys have been...
