canadian - preapproved labor without h1
Hi, Can a canadian citizen apply for a future job with a preapproved labor in the U.S. and move once he gets in GC? If yes, what is the process if the job starts right now? and if the job is in the future? Thanks gurus in advance for the reply, Rgds, Parag.- canadian_US_GC
