Help: H1B is denied by uscis due to lawyer's mistake
Although I won the lottery, my H1b has been denied by uscis because of my stupid lawyer. He checked the wrong box in my I-129 form. USCIS denied my petition without RFE. What should I do? Can I file reopen/reconsideration? How long it will take in general?- grue
