I was outside processing times when I got approved yesterday, but I was within processing times last month. Not sure if that helps, but I guess my file was touched last month when I was current on all fronts and just approved yesterday despite the processing times having moved back. Good luck.

So if ur PD is current and ur outside the processing time you automatically get a green card if youve waited for over 180 days?

I can only speak for myself, but from what Ive read and seen, Id wait for 3 years of name check delay before even considering filing a suit.

Unlike an H1B, you cant work on an expired EAD while getting it extended/renewed. You can start applying for an extension to your EAD 6 months in advance of its expiration though.

Your tone wont matter, its really up to them to tell you and sometimes from what Ive read, what they tell you probably wont be accurate anyway. Its pretty much pointless.

Whats the best course of action for a Pharm D? would they qualify for an EB2 or are they supposed to go with an EB3? Thank you.
