I filed my application on July 11th but no FP till today! So i call USCIS. To my surprise they said they sent mine FP notice on Sep 11th, but neither me or my attorney received it :( So for whoever that still didn't received it, please give them a call.

If i plan to change company right after the I-140 approval, can my future company file it for me or i must go through my current company?

For the 3 years extension, can the NEW employer file the application or the OLD employers has to do it since they are the one sponsoring the I-140?
