hello gurus here is my story. i filed a I-140 under EB3 (TSC) category on August 2007. in late June 2008, i got an notice email that they sent an RFE. i didn't receive anything until i got another email alert saying a document was sent to me on August 12 2008. i still haven't received anything...

as some of you know, when someone is filing DV on DOS website, you will be asked about spouse's information and photograph. does this mean the spouse is automatically entered into DV program or can we do a separate filing for spouse? i tried to get the answer from KCC but no luck. :confused:

here is useful link for the visa processing times for different consular posts around the world. this is a DOS website so it is fairly reliable. but remember not everyone will be processed in the same time frame they have indicated...

Horrible news: EB3 Priority Dates 5 years behind They just released the priority date for September and the date is 5 years behind. So people who have only I-140 pending, good luck and sit tight.

has any H4 visa holder have won DV without work history within the past 5 years? H4 are not allowed to work here in US as we all know. do they take the work experice before obtaining H4 into consideration?:confused:

Has anyone with an approved I-140 renewed TN visa? Ok, the big question is if anyone has been successful to renew TN (through I-129 filing or border crossing) while they have filed a I-140 (not I-485) and got a approval. your feedbacks will be most appreciated:D
