The PDF you linked to only serves to illustrate the physical security features of the paper the certificate is printed on eg. embossing, watermarks, invisible ink - nothing else :) The QR code is printed, hence it doesn't appear on the PDF.

I got selected! I've applied numerous times over the years. I was selected around 2014 but I didn't follow through because my case number was quite high and also, I wasn't prepared in many ways. But things are different now, and my case number is OC9XX. This is a decent number, right?

From what I have gathered, there are cases of people in Australia (OC region) receiving their NLs (for 2005) in early April - whether it happens again this year is anybody's guess. For everybody else it's from May onwards.
