Entry on previous H1B?
I have a valid H1B until 05/07. I received a new I797 valid till 12/09. If I go to Tijuana to get my H1B stamping now and in case my application falls under security/background check, can I come back on my old valid visa? Would the consulate cancel my current visa in such a situation?- indm3
