Hello Guys.. I need some help. I received an NOF yesterday. But it says, All enclosures accompanying this notice of findings must be returned with June 11,2007 and this is the exact text. Does it mean the deadline or the date on which the NOF is sent.?..

Count me in too.. Mine is "IN PROCESS" for long....and all other employees of my company got their labor.

What does Stalled mean?.. What does "Stalled" mean? Can people apply for 140 if they get their labor approved today??? Just to confirm.. ANybody who applies 140 after May 21st have to re apply their labor under perm and their priority date is lost..?.. Can u please link us to the reform...

Question.. Hello Guys.. I see the numbers around my numbers getting certified day by day... It was like 10 numbers before mine was in INPROCESS after me 10 numbers were in CERTIFIED.. and Now ..I see all are certified that is 10 numbers before mine and 10 numbers after mine are certifed...
