h4 person travel in march and apply for h1 in april
Hi, I too have a question in the same line. If an L1 visa holder travel out of US in march & apply for H1 in April while she is out of US & enters back into US with L1 during may, what will be the impact on H1 visa processing for that person ? somebody help me please. I am totally confused.- flute
