Its a false information only !!!! I talked to 2 different IIO\'s in the Previous month. I raised the same question like \' How come my case is still pending(sept,00) ,while the processing time is showing as 10/25/01. Both the times the answers are "We don\'t know that SIR".

Use the AC21. You will be fine. Find out another Job. You can work with EAD, which many of us doing using AC21.

PD is also not the criteria Iv1, My PD is 3rd week of June,99 (I don\'t remember the exact day). PD for the Approved case(friend\'s one) is : 4th week of July.
