When was your I140 was approved. Is it very recently. Some attroneys are not very serious about EVL. But if it is not filed yet then you still have time to make sure to submit it.

Why are you so negative. There are few people from NSC already got the receipts. It could be hardly 4-5 days difference in my view. THe delay could be only one week max. Do not worry much.

Mine I485 filed and reached to USCIS on May 31st (PD current). I140 was approved from TSC just a week before. Attorney filed and I do not know which center it has filed. Form say it should file to NE (Nebrasaka) but lot of people mention they filed it to TSC.

Your lawyer may have got email confirmation that the request for PP is received. You should also see the status update for PP upgrade with the same I140 receipt number. They will process that in two weeks from the upgrade date.
