H1 transfer pending and L1B approved
Hi.. I wanted to ask u both im on H1b visa valid till march 2008.the company wants to change me on L1.can the company do so.in your both cases did u provide the company with any documents.Since i dnt want to do my L1.i want to stay on H1 can the company do so forcibly.. pls reply..- sarvinay
