    it would be better for him to wait for his f1 to be current instead of filing for f3 which will take 10-13 years of waiting just like the case of my dad.

    PD 25 NOV 2002 F2B CATEGORY im fr phil and as of now im on f2b category, my parents are planning to apply for their citizenship next year. if my parents become a USC my case would be upgraded to ryt? is my waiting will become shorter if my case is under F1B category? many thanks:)
