Just got back from Infopass....***GREAT NEWS*** was deliverd at the counter. I'm all set for April, 04 ceremony in Garland (I live in collin county). I was told, I should be getting oath letter VERY soon. WHAT A RELIEF..
Did not ask the reason for delay as I know what sort of 'looks' I will...

Mario, completely understand the frustration. Anxiety is caused by 'unknowns'. I f they tell me that my oath ceremony is on xx-xx-2012...at least I know if it is THEN. but not knowing what's going on is certainly PAIN.
Wish you best of luck and g.nite.
Mario, it is quite fast to get oath letter (sometimes handed at the interview and other time within couple weeks or so.....BUT obviously it is not true in my case for some reasons.
Mario, don't mean to suggest you what to do but I would wait and give little more time. I made my first call on 90th day as it officer at the interview said if I don't hear anything until 90 days then contact us...so I did and i'm continue doing it until I hear 'something' that sounds 'right'.
Mario,
Sorry, didn't answer your other questions.
'finally approved' ...IO was refering to 'final approval' as stated in 'congratualtions, ...'statment.
I'm totally lost as to why they did not send me oath letter yet!!! Tired of checking my mail....:(

I called several times and I got many 'different' answer from folks sitting on the...
I called USCIS and they said 'final approval' is granted (whatever that means..). I asked 'is there anything pending?' IO replied no! and said, congratulations you are in oath ceremony list.... and that's where I'm confuse. I have taken infopass and will find out what's going on....hopefully...

I'm in collins county and only oath ceremony that I'm aware of was on Feb, 01 in Plano. I would like to take oath available at ANY place so I can say that 'it is OVER'.
It is unusuall and whenever I spoke with IO on USCIS provided number they say that my case is waiting for oath and there...
Infact, I did post my timeline in my first message to this forum several days ago.
I have taken Infoass apointment and I will let you guys know what I find out. I hope they won't come back and say, you have 1900800 seconds (22days) before 120 days are over and you have WAIT....That will be...
Flydog, I agree with your assesment of 'likely' getting oath letter if there is a ceremony within 3-6 weeks but I think it depends on when your file gets 'final approval' For me...
ID Dec 07,06
