Hi, I am a GC holder, and I just got married with my girl friend, who has a B1/2 Visa. We do not want to separate for 4 or 5 years for the GC application. Is there a legal way to make my wife stay in US til she gets the GC? thanks Zhao

My girlfriend has a B-1/2 multi-entry visa,which will be expired in this August. She had visted US once last year, and want to come to US again this year. Is it ok to enter US with the Visa? Do she need to prepare any other certificaitons?

Thank you very much for your help! I am now contacting US consulate in Beijing. They also told me Chinese Custom should not prevent reenter US, and one solution is apply for transportation letters. I am also trying to apeal against the Chinese custom's decision.
