My daughter is 2yrs old, when reviewing the inst it says females use right hand thumb including minors. But on the application printed, after completing the reg online says use left hand thumb impression. I'm so confused this is crazy. Please help

I do not beleive they have oath on monday. They do have on tuesday,wednesday and thursday.
