Getting EAD for spouse while I-140 is pending...
EAD Cards You could've submitted the EAD application along with the I-140 and the I-485 applications. My wife and I got out cards last monday. we filed all together. please ask your attorney for an EAD application, I think is form I-765. it'll take 11 weeks to be processed. Good Luck!- CHENCHE
