I have my ND on 09/27/01 and my SRC is 01-279-xxxxx.
Looks like they count saturdays.
Although it got to be more than 30 federal holiday in
a year for this logic to work.

Someone who reply to above message should also know whether expired passport will be allowed to be stamped.
