    urgent questions on changing job after I485 filed for more than 180 days

    1. How does the new employer pick up my I485 sponsorship? Do they need to pay a lawyer to do that for me? Or shall I find my own lawyer? 2. My current employer said if I leave they will notify INS, in this case, will INS ask me for RFE before they approval my I485?
