Company(from Illinois) that filed my PERM got merged with another Company(from Delaware)
Board insists on keeping the firm registered in Delaware but following is true 1. Address and Company name of Illinois firm will be used 2. Federal Employer ID Number will be used of Delaware corp My Perm was filed in mid feb 2010. No audit called yet. Please help.- brownskindude

H1 Visa stamping experience- Canada
Lawyer Experience Has any one ever hired an attorney for visa interview in canada? I spoke to alot of people and they all claimed that it wouldnt make any difference. If it got to be delayed, it will get delayed. All attorney claims that there is no guarantee. Any thoughts?- brownskindude
