    Hello,  I have filed the I-485 may27,2001 , EAD got approved Nov17,2001 Right now I have interim EAD which is valid till 09/16/2002. My H1b expires Jan2002..Finger print was done Nov9,2001.. Pls. let me know what shud I do.. shud I file for extension.. Thanks

    TSC I-485 Processing time

    Hello guys,  I like to know the processing time.. Like my priority date is Aug5 1997 I-485 rd may 29,2001 ND Aug 20,2001 Finger print on 11/09/2001 EAD approved on 11/17/2001 Pls. throw me ur ideas..Like the 485 approval is based on priority date or 485 rd or 485 nd.. Thanks
