Do I have to pay H1B filing fee ($2200)?
Consulting agency AGENCY_A sponsored my H1B visa. Tried for about six months, no project. Then I changed company (permanent job) with new H1B. Is it allowed to verify lawyers in this forum?
I want to verify performance/history etc of my laywer. Can I put his name, address etc, so that I will know if he is a good/bad laywer? -

Can anybody interpret this statement from my lawyer.
I am going for EB2(will apply in few days). But my lawyer also gave me option to file EB3 for which he already has a preapproved LCA with priority date 12/2004 for my company. "PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE EB3 PRIORITY DATE IS 12/2004, EB2 PRIORITY DATE WILL NOT BECOME CURRENT FOR ANOTHER 2...
