    HI,I am on a H4 visa and my husband is on a H1 visa.Is my husband's paystub and his I-94 required for filing my H1?A company asked these documents to file my H1.Is this normal?Can they do anything to my husband's visa with these documents?Anyone who has converted H4 to H1 pls help immediately.
