Thanks everyone for the replies .My experience in India is not in QA ( was into maintainance and bug fixing in VC++ and VB).Since QA jobs are good in our location I want to get into QA now.So am looking for a company which can train me well in QA and place me.So was wondering if its ok to pay...

Thanks so much for ur reply...ya we talked to them ..they say its a security deposit which they intend to return after one year of contract..since they have tax benifits they are asking us to pay in cash....so in a fix whether to believe them or not... my qualification is BE with one and a half...

Hi, I have got an offer from Betasoftsystems .They are sponsering my H1, give a training in QA and place me.Just wanted to know if this company is good and is it ok to pay the initial deposit of abt 3000$ and my pay is supposed to be 55 k :confused: ... If anyone knows about this company...
