ABCDxyz ABCDxyz, My case was taken by officer probably at the same time(Nov,14,2000) though I\'m not sure. Two weeks ago, IIO told me that from the computer screen it could not be told when my case was taken. But before, one IIO did say that the "taken" date is Nov,14,2000...

Can we ask our files be transferred to local? It looks like a silly question. But transferring to local is better than waiting forever without knowing what\'s going on there at NSC.

No RFE or AP Yes, I\'m from Detroit. After calling INS many times, I was told that the case was with officer, but no RFE or AP for about one month.

Inconsistency from IIO\'s Two weeks ago IIO told me that the case was taken by officer on 11/14/01. One week ago, IIO told my lawyer that the case was still pending , didn\'t mention "the case was taken" thing. Does anybody have similar experience or some ideas whether the case...

How long to get update after case taken? I was told that my case was taken by an officer for review on 11/14/2001. Though I don\'t know whether it means "assigned" to an officer. Till now, no RFE or anything, just sits there. How long after "case taken" a RFE is...

Talked with IIO today PD:4/98, RD,ND:8/00 NSC I was told that the case was assigned to officer in mid Nov. Hopefully assigned to officer really means it \'s been processed by someone. I asked when I should call back. She said in about a month.
