strange, you should have been fingerprinted Usually in NYC FP goes smoothly. My RD 10/01, ND 11/01 FP done on Jan 25. And several other guys who have 10/01 RD also did in Jan or early Feb (Bronx, NYC). I hope yours is coming soon. Good luck

You can try in Fed Plaza, but not definitely sure One friend of mine was in the same situation. He was told that he could get AP in Federal Plaza (by his lawyer), but when he went there he was told that he had to turn to VSC, which he had to follow. 3 months later he got AP from VSC.

Another rumor! Can you please confirm which source your "friend" got this information from? We guys suffer too much and would not like to be discouraged, especially by the rumor you are spreading!
