Urgent!! Plz help - B2 Visa extension
Hi, My grandmother has come on B2 visa to visit me for 6 months and her I94 expires on April 17th. I've applied for her visa extension for 3 months on feb 13th 08' in CSC. Multiple H1Bs
I am currently on H4 visa. I would like to know 1. If i can file H1B from two different companies(consultants)? 2. I have recently quit my indian job and it"ll take 3 months to get my experience letter. Is it acceptable to file H1B with the appointment letter? Please reply.- alienii
