EAD and H4 question
A little confuse. To my understanding, as the monent as you start to use EAD, you lose all your current status (H1 or H4). You will be in Adjust of Status. Why do you say "last action valid rule which says that the latest decision from INS is the valid one"? Any other oppinion for...- etc
