    NO 45-DAYS LETTER – POST BEC EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    My labor application was filed in May 2001 and went to Chicago September 2002. We never got any communication after that except for a NOF in 2003. My lawyer sent an email to nobecontact address to imply 45 day letter. No response there yet. Is anyone else in this situation still ?

    H1B Extension -Labor case missing in DOL

    Thank you for your response. How did you get the 7th & 8th yr extn's. We had the ETA Case number from DOL which was used for earlier extension. Did you use the receipt issued by DOL prior to your case being shipped off to BEC's? yes for my previous extensions they used my ETA...

    H1B Extension -Labor case missing in DOL

    Is there anyone with this scenario ? H1B extension for my 9th year is due in March. Did not receive a 45 day letter. My attorney contacted DOL and trying to rebuild the case. DOL has given a temporary number. Can we apply extension with the temporary number ?
