I have concurrently filed my application. The I-485 processing date is August 10 while for I140, it is June 1 for NSC. Which processing date in a concurrent case is the effective one, the I140 or the I485? Thanks!
As of the most recent processing updates by the NSC center. Their processing of I-485 is now August 10, 2006. Regarding the I-140 EB2-NIW, it stands at June 01, 2006.
How comes I-485 is ahead of I-140 in processing when there are concurrent cases filed in June and July for which the I-140 has...

I would like to consult you and take your advice regarding my case. I have a pending EB2-NIW as mentioned in my signature below.
My EB2-NIW case may yet take 4 or 5 months more as it appears from the most recent processing dates published by USCIS for NSC. My question...
Does anybody know if there are plans to allow premium processing for EB2-NIW cases? I wonder why it is allowed for EB1-EA cases but not for EB2-NIW as of yet! :(
