H1B violated by the employer,please help
Does reporting to DOL cancel my H1B? Hello everyone. I have an H1B visa and I work for my empleyer for 2 years and 2 months. The petition says Marketing Analyst and salary $34000. From day ONE in the US they told me they will be paying me $25000 and gave me a ridiculous title not responding...- ninja1
