Received 2nd FP notice in 1st week of June. FP appointment date was july 7th but I went early for FP. Last week, when I called for address change confirmation, the cust svc rep said she will initiate an enquiry. I guess that might have triggered the approval.

The I-9 is the employment verification document. It clearly states on very top:
