I just spkoe to my lawyer and according to her, CSC will start AOS processing after first week of March. I think they are not approving the case but sending the RFE. One of my friend get RFE day before yesterday.

I was having the same situation. I talk to my lawyer, according to him, there is no regulation for it or it is very vague. People used to enter on H1 after approval but it is not 100% safe, INS officer can deny you at the port of entry ( due to this bad economy and 9/11). best bet Take you AP...
