Last month, they released the August bulletin on the midnight of 17th (July).
So I guess you'll have to wait a maximum of a couple days more for the September one.
The pattern has slowed down, at least for the FB4 section of India, they were doing a mini of 30 days each month in the last year, and the year before that and a lot of years before that and they've been only moving a week or two at max ever since 2007 Jan.
Do they plan to keep this pace up...
Went to my USCIS today here in Delhi, they said that the FB4 Section for India is at October 1997.

Here, it says Jan 1996.
Also, they said if they get no response from the people who've applied for the greencard for 1 and a half...
Sir, I don't know exactly the date it was filed in, all I know is that the priority date is current (not exactly, our PD was current under FB4 section 18 months ago). We went the USCIS today and they told us to call in for the greencard department tomorrow to find out what to do next.
My uncle...
We've been told to visit the USCIS tomorrow morning. Under FB4, applied by a US citizen for his sister, this sister has 2 children and a husband.
How long will the greencard take to arrive and will the greencard for her family add any time to it? What should we expect in the interview and all??
What if I'm in the US on the visit visa, and the priority date arrives for my greencard. Will I have to visit the USCIS of my country or can I visit any one in the US and expect to get my greencard there and then?
I understand there is a new law being passed that would have existing FB waitlist to cease.
Now this may sound absolutely reasonable, but is not for those who have already been waiting for 14 and a half years, and just barely some 6 months away from getting their PD.
Now will I be eliminated...
Woah, I was checking India's F4 archive to calculate the average (Because that's what matters to me right now!) and check this big ass leap between August 2006 and Sept 2006 :O

Well, my petition says it was filed under A(4) (its stated in the petition).
In that .pdf document, it says under A(4) there is no need to apply for direct family (under 21 unmarried children and husband), only in B(4) it is required but I guess anyway he did file for us as well.
I can't really tell for sure. But I opened that PDF document and under 'For Whom You May File' it says this exactly :
And I just looked at a copy of the approved petition and it does say one of those A(number here). Guess I'm fine then.
Was a little worried. And he'll be turning 18 by...
A petition for my greencard ownership was filed in 1996, from an adult citizen for his married sister (me). The application is due for interview in around 6months to 1year now.
But If I get greencard, will my family also get it? Which includes my husband and my 2 sons. One is 16, the other one...
