    Do kids get FP notice Today, I received FP notices for me and my wife from our attorney. We did not recive any for my 4 yr old daughter (she was born in India). Is FP not required for kids. Thanks smrao50

    Lawyer recieved FP notification My attorney recieved my FP notification on 10/25. The FP is scheduled for 11/20/01 at Oakland. These are my detials. RD 5/17 ND 7/19 AP 8/03 EAD waiting My handle in this thread is SMRAO50

    Does anybody know if Oakland ASC take FP before scheduled date ?

    Early FP at Oakland I know, a friend of mine went to Oakland INS early on a weekend and with a valid reason they allowed the boy get FPed.

    No Title Received AP papers from INS for me, my wife and daughter. All of them came in a single envelope. Please update the status file. Thanks for maintaing this list

    why only some got EAD As per Remarks column in the status, some members seems to have got EAD and mostly iEAD. Is it because others have not applied for it or is INS processing these applications randomly.

    AP approved on 08/03 My AP is approved on 08/03. (RD 5/17,ND 7/19) By the way, my WAC number is 01-237-XXXX. Please update in our status. Thanks for maintaining this list. Also, is the 180 day period from RD or ND.

    Received another FP notification I received another FP notification. First we (Self and wife) did FP in November. Again, wife got another FP due to lack of clarity. She did FP in Jan 2002. Now both of us received another FP notification. I think INS is no better than any third world country...
