2. If you worked for sponsor >=180 days (after filing I485), you can switch sponsors, to similar position.
3. If not in CSC, you may switch sponsors before 180 days, but your case must not be adjucated before 180 days pass.

Looking at this forum, it *seems* that many Feb\'01 mailers got their\'s approved (but not all).
It also seems that several April\'01 mailers got approvals, though there are some that just got FP notice.

You can use your EAD to work in any additional job (e.g. flipping burgers), but need to stay with a sponsor.
You can switch to a different sponsor but similar job as in LC,I140. You\'d be invoking new AC21 rules, which is associated with some risk because this is new.

You would want a SS card without restriction. For your spouse you would want same. As long as you don\'t need these (e.g. new job for spouse), you can wait.

I think you should because this information is later used for taxes, SS payments and possibly other things.
You need to make sure SS office has your new status as PR.
