i also had been told that my case was assigned on feb 9. which was not true. the next time i have been told it is assigned on 4/18. nearly 2 months since. so i am expecting that is also not true. lets see. hope u get ur approval

barora my casae initially was said to be assigned on 2/09. then next time i called it was said to be assigned on 4/18. so moral is cannot really trust iios.

talked to iio. case assigned on 2/9/2002 its been 8 weeks now i just think it means my file is in the bottom drawer of the table misplaced and it will only come up when the officer does his montly or quarterly table cleaning. wac-01-275-xxxx

 

Just spoke to IIO she said my case assigned to officer on 2/9/02, no rfe. I had called 3 weeks back ,that iio had said case not assigned. what is true? if the current info is correct then my case waiting to be adjudicated for more than 7 weeks(no rfe).
