AVM update Did mine on 2/2/02, checked with FBI they sent data back to INS on 2/3/02, Spoke to IIO background check received sometime early March and case was waiting to be assigned. As of yesterday evening the AVM still says "FP notice sent out on December 28th.....".. I don\'t know...

Forgot to ask something.. In case of an RFE, do I get a copy of the notice also or is it only sent to the lawyers? BG

Just received my FP notice today.. My ND is 9/14 I have already received my EAD\'s and AP\'s. I got the FP notice for 2/1/02 at the OAK office. I am sure you will be getting your\'s shortly. Cheers, Bibek

You can call FBI To figure out if the FP quality was acceptable or not. But as I have been reading on this forum, AVM has little to do. Check on some of the posts I have already made wrt this. BG

June Applicant.. PCee, I am really sorry I was not abel to update my status. The application my lawyers submitted in June was returned because they forgot to check one box on the EAD application of my wife. The application was re-submitted in August and I finally got my receipts last week...

Status PCee, My lawyers have refused to get the status for me. It\'s seems impossible for them to track a canceled check. I have not received anything. I am currently on the phone for an IIO (as I type). Will update you as soon as I hear something. Cheers, Bibek
