My REF was recieved my TSC at 5.21.02 and I have not heard any response yet. Is it approproate to fax the office in charge of the case (I know the officer number) or will the person get angry and delay the case. Any suggestion are welcome?

My RFE was recieved by INS 5.21.2002 --> still no approval, I might not be patient enough...

Call and ask what happend... ... but I tried for over 1 hr before I got trough - then I was on hold for about 2 hrs 10 min... oh well...

Things are happening... ... spoke with an IIO today, I guess they send out a request for evidence 4.5.02 --> which probably means that my case has been assigned to an officer. ND 3.22.01, FP 3.5.02.

This what the IIO told me... ...that the RFE was send to my lawyer 4.5.02 and if he has not recieved it he should fax a request to get a new letter... Good that you told me about the 90 days - I will stay on top of this!!!

Have not seen anything on any board or tracker...
