i am saying that you don't need a vaild pp for immigration , or what u need is just a pp if it is expierd that's ok , when i said you can travel i meant you can travel out of USA to your country with expierd pp and when you are there renew it , they allow you to go back to your country to...

U don't need to have a valid pp , don't worry about it , all what you need is a pp that's all . even if u need to leave the country u can , but i wouldn't leave without GC . best luck for all of us .

Hi All . i applied on Sep 06 basied on marriage got my interview on Dec 13 . interview went just fine but didn't get stamed or nothing , they just said that we will review the case and mail you a decision . so far nothin i have an infopass appointment on the 19 of Jan .what should i take...

Same here i had my interview on Dec 13 and nothing happen after that no updates or any thing . i will wait for a month or 2 then i will have an info pass .hopefully will help . good luck to us

Hi all The officer didn't tell me in the interview about the name check . the only thing he said we will review your case and send you a decision in the mail . so far no respnd from them ,on the other hand i got my PD and approved online on my EAD . i am not sure how long do i need to wait ...
