If your I140 is denied then you can appeal your case to get further extn beyond 6 years. The AAO appeal takes between 14 to 17 months.
If you are not confident about your existing sub Labor and 140, I strongly advise you to start your New PERM as your backup.
Other degree is PGDCA *Post Graduate Diploma in Comp Applications). But I think it is no longer considered as a degree by USCIS.
So, are you suggesting not to refile? What are the chances of approvals if I file an appeal now?
