on 3/25/2003, Mine and wife's EAD renewal were approved per BCIS web. ND 12/10/2002. Exactly 100 days. I485 pending ND 3/19/2002. No FP yet. Plan to call

I already did as texasworker...... For the processing order i have a hunch that they(INS) have some kind of rule.... last year my friend got GC in total 9 month start from scratch... EB1.... maybe country, prior date, resisdent time, category...etc they are not stupid....

but in 485 R notice there is no prior date... my PD is April 1999 on 140... Is it normal?

Signature card is not needed My atto. said it is not necessary anymore... Any idea ?

Is there any processing order based on Countries you are come from ? Based on I-485 approval(especially fast approval), it seems to me that there may be some difference between them. Any comments ?

I just started to prepare to file I-485. Does anyboy have experience with photos ? I am going to take picture by myself and worrying about the quality... I just want know if there are RFE cases due to bad photos... Thanks.

I just got my EAD and my wife\'s... It just took one month... Seems to me TSC is accelerating... My EAD approval is much faster than normal... Does this mean I am on the fast track? Hope another miracle in TSC... Will update tracker(e-nirobi...) Here is my info.. Others TSC, EAD no AP...
