    same story I have the same story, my case was transfered om AUg 24, 2005 from Nebraska to NYC. No news yet...Good luck with your case

    My case, based on asylum, has transfered from Nebraska to NYC on August 24, 2005. They have not scheduled an interview yet...Please if any body has any further explanation about the reason of the transfer and the expected interview date...thx :(
