EAD card, do i need one?

I'm currently working and on H1b visa, just married to a USC. Of course, I do plan to work at the same job. Do I need to apply for a EAD card?? Is EAD card required after obtaining Green card?

Where to send i485 and i130 if i live in California

I looked at form i485, and it's not very clearly stated whether I should send the forms to Chicago or the local service center. I'm currently on H1b and just got married to USC. Do I also need to file for EAD card?
